India Raises Green Energy Target To 72,400 MW

In the last post we have get an overview of some environment friendly homes. There are various ways to keep Homes Eco-friendly. Now  we'll discuss about each and every element that contributes in making of Eco-friendly homes, first of them is our energy system. A sustainable(Green) construction should be energy efficient in the view of its consumption and its generation. Our most of the energy sources are coal dependent which is costlier, polluting, and limited. So in this 21st Century it has become very necessary to look back to our renewable sources and rely on them more so that we can cut the emission of polluting gas as well as heavy cost.

There are various potential green energy sources around us and still government policies are much dependent on non-renewable sources. we have gone through various conferences and meeting round the globe just to make the world agree or sometime making legal rules to force the world to follow it,as it appears in the Copenhagen and Cancun.Since the first day when the effects of climate changes has been observed and a movement took place in its study and  observation , starting from Kyoto in 1992 till date entire world community is struggling  to come at single agreement. In fact each and every country has just denied from its responsibilities and blaming each other for causing more pollution hence more responsible to handle it.

Developing and Under developing countries are now being given some temptations to follow green models of developments.Green funds has been established keeping this the mind, this what the leaders of the world understands about the environment, nature and climate change, which not any one's own,its shared one .No one's alone efforts is not going to make any significant change,a combined and directional contribution is expected here.
In between a big news from govt. of India that India has raised its renewable source based energy generation nearly four fold to 72,400 MW.  India is projected to 2nd largest contributor in global energy demand by 2035.A total 18% rise with energy consumption more than double by 2035 according to recent report of IEA

India needs to curb emissions from the power sector, which accounts for about 60% of its total carbon dioxide emissions..India's power generation capacity at the end of October was about 167 GW, of which its renewables-based capacity was about 11% at 18,321 MW, It aims to raise renewables-based capacity to 72,400 MW or 15.9% of total capacity by 2022, when the country will have 455 GW of total capacity.

The country has also launched a solar program targeting 20 GW of solar-based capacity by 2022 and introduced market instruments called renewable energy certificates
In 2009 renewable investment in India was $2.3 billion, compared with $34.6 billion for China and $7.4 billion for Brazil,"

Its like you learn my mind! You appear to know a lot approximately this, such as you wrote the e book in it
or something. I feel that you simply can do with some % to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. A fantastic read. I will definitely be back.
